I carry a fat sharpie and I change the “houses” on the signs hung by predatory wholesale property buyers to “horses” because it makes me laugh and because tearing them down is less fun. I had 1000 of these printed and registered the domain ugly horses dot com as a joke. I’m terrible at business.
I had no intention of selling these for money but then a picture of one was posted on r/Philadelphia so a few people asked for them. Ask and ye shall receive.
